Although (thankfully) my e-mail inbox has been nice and quiet over the Christmas holidays, I did receive a wonderful and cheerful newsletter from my lovely German friend, Noemi. Along with kind words and news of upcoming events for her amazing ‘pop up’ Berlin brunches in London, she included this recipe for German marzipan chocolates – So I thought I’d give it a go! As the recipe promised, they were (relatively) easy to make – although very messy – but most importantly, incredibly delicious!
